What it is!

So in high school I started drawing these angry animals, fruits, vegetables, and other random objects just for fun. People thought they were funny and I was going to start making and selling t-shirts but i was too lazy to ever get that off the ground. 5 years later on a weekend visit to our friends college in Daisytown, PA, my friend Jason and I thought to bring back the old cartoons, add a little dialogue, and start on some new drawings. I drew 6 scenes in high school and about 50 animals and veggies. The boxing scene was my favorite so I posted that first, others will follow once Jason and I come up with some new stuff. Feel free to leave comments on suggestions for new ones or comments about how stupid an unfunny these things really are. So if you like what you see spread the word and link it to your blogs.

How it started

I was a junior in high school taking the worlds easiest science class, environmental science. We were discussing evolution and another student in my class mentioned something he saw on the Discovery channel. He saw a show that theorized that squids would be the dominant species on earth in 1 million years. It said they would learn to walk on land and breath oxygen and they would be about 15 feet tall. I laughed at this and started drawing the "killer squid" that would take over the world. Here's what I came up with. I started drawing more and more crazy animals, eventually it evolved into vegetables and other foods as well.

I blame the school systems!

This was the first new cartoon drawn once Jason and I decided to start these cartoons. Picture the banana as a concerned suburban housewife and the snail as her friend, or husband, or whatever...
